What a great experience with Trinity Air! They came out today to do our yearly service and as usual went above and beyond. Trent ran into some problems with the stairs leading up to the attic and instead of just leaving the problem, he fixed the stairs even though it wasn’t his job. I recommend this company to anyone that is in need of heating or air. They have the best customer service by far! Thank you so much, Trent and Trinity for hiring such trained and caring technicians!! All of their employees are professional and respectful of their patrons and their patons' homes. Trinity's pricing is competitive yet fair. The Service Tech was by far the most thorough that we have had. In all the years of Trinity service, he was the best. I felt like he took the time to check everything. Interestingly, I had told my wife that we might drop the maintenance plan because I did not think we were getting our money’s worth. This visit completely changed my opinion. Read Less
