My experience has been pretty good. I mean let’s face it, no one WANTS to have to drop 10k on a new ac/furnace right? I’m sure we could all think of things we would rather have spent that money on but our ac was OLD. Like one foot in the grave old when we bought our home. We lived here for 5 years before this one decided to croak. The whole time we knew it was going to go and one day here recently it finally did. It was very cold in the house and the furnace wouldn’t work. So I call trinity and they send a guy out on a Sunday. Who works on a Sunday? Trinity does that’s who and thank God for that. The tech gets out here and I give him the whole description of who what when where on the system. He nods and says well let me take a look. 5 minutes later our heats running again. He didn’t give me the run around either, I’m paraphrasing here but basically we both were in agreement the system was a POS and in need of an upgrade. I already knew this prior to his visit so it was no surprise when he validated my suspicions. I told him well “let’s replace it”. Next, on Tuesday, another guy for quotes comes out, real nice guy by the way, we talk politics and various other subjects and he throws some options out here and there regarding the actual reason for the visit in between all of that and finally we talk numbers. By the way it was good he small talked, he didn’t sound pushy at all or in a hurry and was the exact type of sales guy I would like to talk to. He says he will set up for it to be installed Thursday and Friday. Thursday for the actual machine and Friday the new duct work. Trinity was 2 for 2 so far. Thursday comes, which is today by the way, and these guys tell me if I don’t mind them staying later they will do it all today. Do I mind? I’m actually excited by his question. Why would I mind if you want to be an over achiever and just get it done? I wish more people had this work ethic. These guys didn’t even stop for a lunch break. Trinity you better hang on to these guys the busted their butts today. 3 for 3 so far. Perfect on all accounts in my opinion. Your techs, your sales, and your contractors. Great work. Tomorrow your tech makes a last visit to do final checks but I’m sure that will go well too. I don’t mind paying for a premium system especially when the company selling it treats its customers like they have with me. Great work.

Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy that you and your team afforded my wife and me over the past week or so. By way of background, I have owned and operated numerous businesses including some of the largest car dealerships in the country. I have come to know first hand the value of a positive customer experience – especially one earned in the wake of adverse circumstances. You and your team have truly raised the bar for service level expectation, and I would imagine your competition is surely taking notice.
We purchased a new HVAC system from Trinity last month, in July. The installation was done professionally, and everything seemed to be working properly. However, on Thursday evening, August 15, the unit stopped functioning – admittedly rather surprisingly given it was a new unit. We placed a service call to your company on Friday and a service person was dispatched and arrived promptly. The service technician quickly determined that a part was indeed defective.
This is where our ardent appreciation for your company begins. The service technician stated he would order the part, and have it shipped overnight so that our unit could be repaired and functioning early Saturday. That was obviously encouraging, but the offer that followed was simply amazing. He offered to provide hotel accommodations for us as a convenience. When we didn’t accept this incredible gesture, your service technician installed window fans to help provide some comfort.
As luck would have it, the part did not show up on Saturday, but your team worked diligently in trying to make our home more tolerable despite the extreme temperatures. The attention and concern that your team exhibited in dealing with our situation was truly remarkable and we will be forever grateful.
While we recognize that there were many members of your team working on our behalf behind the scenes, we would like to specifically recognize and thank those with whom we had personal interaction, including you, Brad Hoff, Dan Reynolds, Terry Webster, and Paul Hoffman – each of whom deserve meritorious recognition for going “above and beyond” to provide assistance us.
I took great pride in the service level of my car dealerships and I recognized how important it was to customer retention and repeat business. I can honestly share that your commitment to customer service excellence is unparalleled in today’s market.
Kudos to you and your team for a superlative display of technical competency, professional courtesy, and genuine kindness – all traits seemingly dearth in today’s society.

I would like to personally thank you for hiring such a wonderful staff with your company. What has initially prompted me to write you is your newly hired technician, Miguel. Miguel came out to my residence on May 24, 2019 to service my A/C unit and I was overwhelmed with his mannerism. His candor and kindness truly impressed me through our initial contact, and as I was thinking to myself…Wow! This guy is the definition of Integrity! Miguel turned around to go service my unit and low and behold! That is the company’s motto. “Honesty and Integrity!” What Miguel did not know is that I have thirty plus years as an automotive mechanic and that I’ve been looking for a sincere and reputable company to service my unit. Well, by the time Miguel had finished… I was sold! Though he is limited in his length of experience, I know he has a better understanding than many of his peers in the HVAC industry today. And because of that, I am requesting that Miguel continues in servicing my unit. You see, I had a company come out before I called Trinity Air and this person was an independent contractor who tried to rip me off. However, Trinity Air was my second opinion and I was truly in need of this divine appointment. On June 14, 2019 Miguel was back to install a new evaporator coil and after some intense labor, we were back in business. So Miguel, as you continue your journey with Trinity Air, may you be richly rewarded in this time and season of your life.
My next encounter was with Zachariah, who came due to my initial request with Trinity Air and let me tell you… this guy is phenomenal. Zachariah, you hit the nail on the head! The thermostat was bad and replaced with the same identical thermostat. Now everything is pristine!
Now my last Customer Service Award goes to Brad. You see, the main reason why I chose Trinity Air is Brad. Brad, out of the five companies that I contacted to have my unit serviced, you are the only service manger that I was able to correspond with, so thank you so much for availing yourself. Kudos!

“In the past 20 years, we have used three other HVAC companies in the area – all with household names, e.g. serious competitors in a consumer’s eyes. Each have had some good people, but each of those have had clear indicators of disorganization, lack of consistency, reliability of timing, and, most importantly, problems actually solving the problems or making proper recommendations. I started the dishwasher, put a load of towels and bathing suits in the washer, passed my youngest daughter coming out of the shower and my oldest headed in to soak in her tub and proceeded to fill up my garden tub with water hot enough to boil a lobster. Thanks to your expert installation of the Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater, our inner mermaids can be satisfied at any time with a soak in a nice hot tub without waiting in line for our turn for the tank to fill back up.
Your crew showed up on time, finished when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and taught us how to use our new system. They were courteous and professional. We needed a special part for the recirculating system and when it was delivered, your crew came back and installed it on a Saturday morning, so that we could have hot water EVEN FASTER.
